I work 50 hours a week how do i stop my feet/legs from hurting? Im constantly on!

Question: I've worked retail and now work full-time else where, but what I definitely recommend is getting a decent pair of shoes. Even if you think that the shoes you have give you support and are comfy more then likely they aren't; sometimes even getting some arch supports are at least a little bit more likely to help then not having anything at all. I've noticed that once in a while you have to rest, it's not good to just stay on your feet for a good 8+ hours. Bleh.
I also recommend soaking your feet once in a while, my guilty pleasure is getting pedicures. <3

Also in the mornings or before you go to work start your own little bit of stretching that gets the muscles relaxed a bit more flexible so that they don't tighten up during the day.

But yes...I hope that helps out at least a little bit darling.

Depends what you are doing if you stand up all day then buy better shoes. If you sit down all day get up every now and then and go for a walk to increase blood flow to your feet also make sure your shoes aren't on to tight.

make sure you wear comfortable shoes.
and maybe try to sit every now and then.

If you stand on your feet alot then go buy apair of dankco's they are the best let me tell you what, my back and legs are feet don't hurt. They are alot of money, but in the long run they are GREAT! Trust me they last more then 5yrs. good luck hun.

When I started work I was always on my feet for hours at a time. Best bet would probably be get good shoes/sneakers. I eventually got used to it.
