Question: A few weeks ago I stated feeling this pain in one of my b**bs. I am only 10. Then, the pain got worse, and then I also felt the pain in my other b**b. It hurts nonstop, but only if you press against them. Is this normal? Please be nice with answers, this is really embarrising!

Oh yes, when I press on my boobs they hurt. Don't worry about it, they are still devolping so they might hurt a little bit more. Just be careful and try not to press on them.

This can happen when you have hit puberty. The age at which this starts varies widely. The hormones in your body can cause such effects as tenderness in your breasts. Get used to it because odds are when you start your period each month, you will get the same feeling. But do not worry, it will get better. If it doesn't, you should tell your parents and possibly see a doctor. But it sounds like normal puberty problems. Good luck hun!
Hey this is nothing to worry about, you are growing into a young lady and your boobs are too.
Growing pains are normal and just a sign you are growing up, also this could be a sign your periods are soon to start, my daughter was 9 when she started.
There is plenty of info on the internet about starting periods and growing up, i hope this has helped.

it is perfectly normal it is just that ur boobs are growing it happenes to every girl
It could be growing pains but it could also be a backed-up OR plugged mild-duct. (personal experience). Ask you mom to take you to the doctor and they can check. A little embarrassing but then they can make sure. If it IS, then they will give you a medication to fix the problem. Better to be safe than sorry and in pain. Talk to your mom!!!!
Don't worry about it it is perfectly normal it is just growing pains it happened to me and I read it a mag your nipples might start to get itchy as well nothing to worry about I no it is embarrassing reading and asking answers and questions like this but it is nothing to be ashamed about every girl goes through it you are not alone I hope I have helped you good luck and best wishes stick through the pain if is is really sore go see a doctor or talk to your mum or other family member if you live in the UK and are familiar with BBC then go on their site and then have teenage health pages with advice on all this stuff xxxxxxxxx
Aw, no need for embarrassment, you're at the age of puberty and a lot of changes are taking place. They are simply growing, tenderness is completely normal and nothing to be scared about.
