Everyone is different. I never get moodswings or cramps because I am always active.

Hormones suck eh?

I get really depressed during my peroid but apart from that I'm normally quite bouncy and jumpy and don't often get mood swings.
But I have a HUGE anger problem that I really should sort out lol
