Just wear a pad. Make sure to go to the bathroom right before bed and check whether you've started. If you're still nervous, get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and check again. Make sure to have a few extra pads with you (and even an extra pair of underwear and pants, just in case. And if you're still worried, bring a little blanket, extra shirt, or something like that to put underneath you while you sleep.

well its best if you use pads it allways works

wear a pad just in case?

it won't get all over the sheets. Just bring extra protection and bring your own sleeping bag if you're that worried. It happens to every girl so there isn't really too much to be embarassed about. Plus, since your stressed it probably won't happen, because stress postpones your period.

make sure to have pads. use a long overnight pad that will cover the whole length of your panites while you sleep and make sure to have a few extra pair of undies too just in case. be prepared
