Well, if your period came five days late last month, it's not bad if it's late...as long as it comes. And therefore, that means you're not pregnant if it came late. Because if your period comes at ALL, you can be sure you're not pregnant.

If this spotting ONLY comes after you urinate, then I suggest seeing your Gynecologist. If the spotting just happens all the time, not only when you're urinating, then it could just be a lighter flow. Still, I suggest visiting your OB-GYN.

As for the tooth medication, I'm not a doctor, and I honestly don't know if that could have any effect on your urination. I suggest calling the doctor, and asking about side-effects.

You could be pregnant. Even if you had your period last month, it really doesn't mean that you aren't pregnant now. And you can have your period when you are pregnant. It may not be normal, it may be lighter or heavier or longer or shorter. My aunt had her period for her entire last pregnancy. She didn't know she was pregnant because of it.

Any bleeding after urination is most likely coming from the bladder. As the bladder empties its content it shrinks back to its normal size. The commonest cause of bleeding at this time is cause by a very uncommon codition called shistisomiasis. It is otherwise referred to as bilhaziasis. It is caused by drinking contaminated water. Check both up in google. Any other bladder condition may cause this kind of bleeding. However, first do a urine test to confirm that it is blood.
