Question: lets say a women loses her virginity at 16 and then she stops having sex for like 3 or 4 years can her hymen be broken again? if so then how? not like that.... but i thought once its been broken it stays broken??

No, once a hymen has been broken it cannot "grow" back.
However, it is possible that the hymen was never actually stretched far enough to "break" to begin with, thus still having an intact hymen.
It could have growen back some or not been broken all the way. I have had friends that this has happened to so I know it can happen.
First of all, it doesn't break.....it's a small bit of muscle tissue that tears.
Once you've lost your virginity, you can't get it back....it doesn't heal shut again.
That's why it's so important to make sure you wait to give it to the right person!
