Question: My nipple protrudes a little more too. Does anyone have this sort of problem? Im scard to show my boyfriend because he is a breast fanatic! Everyone has one dominant side, generally it is not enough difference to be noticable. I have the same problem, and after significant weight loss, the difference is even more noticeable (to me) most people have no idea there is a difference.....it is at least a full cup size. You can purchase a bra insert, to even out the difference if you are that worried about it. Don't get an unecessary procedure, just because you are worried about what someone might think....if he loves you it is not a problem, he may not even notice, or, he may pick a favorite!
better go to a plastic surgeon to have it assess and how to deal with it in the best possible way. Medical science can do wonders.

Most women's breasts are not symmetrical. Don't be afraid of your bf. If he likes breasts, he will like yours. He won't care whether they are the same size or not. He will just be happy to see some boobs. Trust me. If he does care, he's too shallow and you shouldn't be with him.
Don't get surgery. It's expensive and won't necessarily make you feel any better about yourself. Find a man who appreciates you just the way you are and can make you feel great about yourself.
Everyone has 1 breast that is slightly bigger than the other,no-one is perfect but we still have to just get on with it,celebrate your imperfections its what makes you unique.I have 1 "perfect "breast and nipple and the other 1 is a lil smaller and the nipple is inverted and for a while i obessed over it and considered surgery but ive learnt to live with it and when i do meet a nice man he will have to learn to except me for who i am good luck hun x

My left side is bigger than my right side as well. Like the other person said, if your boyfriend is that worried about it, leave him. Just call the local doctors about the surgery, they will tell you all you need to know. Good luck.
