First off honey, 11 is early and she shouldn't be expecting it anytime soon! and secong the white stains are discharge, you can wear pantyliners so it doesnt get on your undies. As for her period it all depends on her boobs, pubic hair, discharge, siblings and mom but not always. Dont worry, she DOESNT want it. so wait it out, it will come when its good and ready
The white discharge is normal discharge for someone her age. It's a sign that she will be menstruating soon.
PS: Why are you inspecting your sister's underpants?
Your sister is in that age group where young girls starts to get their period. That's a sign that its going to come very soon. It may not be tomorrow or the next day but its coming soon.

its called discharge and all women get it. its a way of your body keeping everything lubricated. some get it more than others. well, 11 is young to be getting your period. i didnt get mine til i was almost 14. the white stuff though has nothing to do with your period.
She is normal, its just discharge. some girls dont get thier period until they are 13-15
It's discharge. Her period is probly coming soon. And for everyone who said 11 is early to get it... I got mine when I was 9. No joke.

i got my period when i was 11 but all women get their period at differnt ages not all women get their period at the same age everyone has a diffent body so soem might start sooner then other. the white stuff is discharge completely normal all women get it.
tell her its discharge, usually a sign that she is about to start her period.
