They don't bleed alot, but when a girl has sex for the first time, her hymen is usually torn. It's like a seal that covers the vaginal opening. This results in blood spotting. She's not gonna gush, just have spotting.
Not a lot. It really varies from woman to woman. It really depends on how much of her hymen is still intact (it may have been partially or fully torn due to activities like sports, bike riding, horseback riding, etc...).

Just a very little, if at all. Just from the hymen tearing, if you still even have it. Hymen can tear from exercise, jogging even. If it has already torn, you will have no bleeding at all.
There may or may not be blood. Not all women bleed their first time. Don't expect it, but don't be surprised if she does bleed some.
