I have quite an embarrasing problem, my nipples stick out, no matter what bra I !
Question: I am now using a padded bra which conceals them a little bit but it is very embarrassing. Any ideas what causes this or what I should do about it? I'll be grateful for sincere answers.

Some women just have prominent and/or perpetually stiff nipples. I've seen special bra inserts for just such problems, so maybe you could look for something like that.

Stick something flat (well, it should be cupped a bit), smooth, and firm in there.

I have the same problem. Now I accept it and just use them as accessories!!
Get one of the bras with thick padded cups. Added bonus - they make you look bigger.
I don't know why it happens. It can be embarrassing being all "nipped up" in public.
I guess perhaps a very thick padded bra and maybe some nursing pads would help conceal them a bit
be proud lol, what else can u do. in the bigger picture of life ur pointy nipples arent that big of a deal.
why not go without a bra?
There is a new bra line out just for that. It is called Bali Concealers. It has a little thing on the inside to hide that issue. Site is BALICOMPANY.COM.
I have had that problem forever too, they never get soft and I wear a bra with a little lining so I don't look cold all the time. It does help. You just can't wear the cute Lacey sexy ones unless you want to be well.....sexy. Which is okay too, just not at work and places that you need to be more conservative.
If the padded bra is not a help for you, then do ask the personnel at your Department Store for some help.
They are very knowledgeable about what is available.
On another note, this is not something to be embarrassed about, there is nothing wrong with you and it is completely normal to have this.
There are women who would kill for that problem.
You shouldn't feel embarrased... it is just natural and you need to start to feel comfortable with your body.. There are women that have the other problem being embarassed when they get arroused by a good looking man and this happens.. IF, you really are conserned... there is a new bali bra that has come out... or just putting in an extra pad where needed.
My wife has a similar condition and should not be seen as a problem. The nipples are very sensitive in some women and the cold or rubbing of the nipple against the fabric of the bra can cause nipple erections.
Try placing a soft tissue or cottonwool over the nipple and maybe try a cup size bigger.
I hope this helps and remember it is natural and should not become a problem although slightly embarrasing for you.
There is a way to take care of your problem,
but that would cost you a lot.

idk whats causes it but i have that problem to try ether wearing a Little bigger bra a or if that doesn't work try putting a Little bit of toilet paper in your bra!!!!!=)
