It could be, or you could have a bad infection, go to your doctor and get it checked out...
My guess is yes, GET IT CHECKED and soon! (PS cut out the sex until all clear too!!)

Usually discharge is like random for me. Sometimes I get a lot, sometimes I get a little. I think you should only be concerned if its a weird color
not got a vagina but ! if i had mucus coming out ov it i'd be a little concerned. GET IT CHECKED OUT GIRL :)
This is very possible. Go to the Doctor. Why don`t you people use condoms and practice safe sex?

could be b/c you are about to start some girls get it when they are about to start their period...if you dont start in a little go to the dr...it should be fine tho. It also depends on smell/color
I have no idea about the STD. I had discharge in my underwear and I found out I was pregnant... They said it is a sign if it smells and if it has discharge it is prego........ Good Luck Girl... You should try planned parenthood.... Its kept private and they will have you pee in a cup and check for an STD and pregnancy and let you know ASAP and its free. :) Good Luck Hun!
