Nausea before period?!

Question: Nausea before period?
i suffer from chronic nausea in the two weeks leading up to my period. Its ruining my quality of life, i cant eat when i feel like it, dont go out, dont even want to see my boyfriend for the fear of being sick. I dont really get many other physical sypmtoms just this dreaded nausea. I have been to my doctor with no explanation and i have worked out that for about 2 weeks of every month im nasueous so have decided it must be hormonal.

Anyone else suffer this?

Oh yes I get it too. I used to get it when my period finished but now I get it before I start, its not very nice.
Going on the pill could help because that balances out your hormones but thats not much help if you can't go on the pill for some reason.
Talk to your GP see what he/she recommends

i get it, but not as long as you do, && achy cramps up and down my back && legs.

what i do is take a lot of tylenol/midol (i dont overdose, lol) and sleep as much as possible.

have your boyfriend come to your place and watch a movie or something & eat ice cream.
hope it helpss=D

i feel that too. i think its hormonal. it almost to the point to when i just want to brush my teeth and i get this feelin to want to throw up. or the smell of certian food.

This is a rare normal symptom.

If u just saw your regular doctor, then it's time to go see the gyno. If the gyno has nothing to help you out, it's time to find another gyno!
You have to get this taken care of... Like you said, your quality of life is at stake!

i get it to also i break out a few weeks before i get my period i know its hard to eat when you feel this way try eating toast get something in your tummy it always helps me

I normally get this when two days before and two days when I am on my period . I have been my doctor whom advised it was just a hormonal change and to do light exercise such as a 30 minute walk or swim which will help and I must say it works for me.
