sometimes during your 28 day cycle, even if you are not still bleeding you can experience cramps. you could possibly be ovulating as well. unfortunately this is the part of womenhood that really sucks!!!! If the cramping starts to become severe or last more then a day or two it could be your appendix or something serious, so you may want to go have it checked out.
