DDR and sore breasts....?!
Question: i played DDR a few days ago and my boobs have been hurting REALLY bad ever since
they are rather large i try to hold them when i do it tho lol it feels better when i dont touch them and its better when im not wearing a bra
are my boobs hurting from DDR or something else??
i wear a sports bra all the time..

Wow! Of course if you are an F it would hurt. If possible, double or triple sports bras, and get one that works well, In the dressing room, jump in there to see if you bounce.
yeah i was going to say wear a sports bra..
could you be close to period time and the extra activity making them a little more sensitive??
well with ddr you jump alot and what not so maybe since you have larger breasts it just kinda took a toll on them. but i dont know because if you wear a sports bra that should help but i guess it you have very large breasts it might not give alot of suport....
it maybe because your due your period try taking evening primrose,my breast used to get really sore 2 weeks before i was due my period, i take evening primrose every day and it has made a lot of difference they no longer get sore.give them a go they really do help.....
