Do boobs take better shape when you lose weight ?!

Question: It depends on how u lose the weight, if you just lose it with no exersice they sag and lose shape, if you work out the firm, and have a nicer shape. If you lose weight and exersice make sure you do chest routines. Your chest is made of mostly fat and can be toned and shaped like the rest of your body.

  • Often times, they loose mass actually. This makes the shape less round. But it doesn't always happen.

umm idk, they usually go down a cup size though!

if you have good elasticity left yes, otherwise it is hard but there is exercises with weights that can help tone.

not much of a difference unless there is small great change in weight bcos atlast its all fat in boobs

    sometimes they stay the same...

    MOSTLY

it depends on how much weight

    not sure!

They usually deflate a little and seem to sag more, but tone your pectoral muscles and you can disguise the small amount of sagging that is common with weight loss.

It depends heavily on the individual woman. Her skin type and elasticity, the rate of weight loss, how the weight was lost, and the type of weight lost (water weight vs fat) all contribute to that. The only way to know how your boobs will look is to lose weight and see, really. Unfortunately, there's no way to know for sure what will happen until it happens. They may just stay the same, for all we know.

    uhhhh idk
