How soon after you take the nuvaring out will you get your period?!
Question: I've never ever in my life been on birth control. I'm 25 and I decided to start with using the nuva ring (since i am TERRIBLE at remembering to take anything everyday). I just finished my first cycle and took the ring out like I was supposed to, but I am really confused as to when my period is supposed to come. Does it take a few days? what have some of your experiences been like?

I would take it out on a Sunday (I was a Sunday started) and my period would come Tuesday night, every time without fail. Since this is your first cycle, it might be a little off. Just put it in next Sunday, or a week from whenever you took it out.
PS: Just a side note, I stopped using the NuvaRing because I got a monthly yeast infection from the change of pH is caused in my vagina. I suggest taking something to prevent them, or to just keep an eye out. It's not a very common side effect, just wanted to share my experience in case yours might be similar. :)
