Brown bleeding before period... Help!?!

Question: About a day and a half ago i had some brown bleeding - it was more than just spotting, it was clumpy brown blood. My period is due in 3-4 days (I usually start a few days early anyways), so I thought I was starting early this month... but since then, I haven't had anything but light brown discharge.

My periods usually start out pretty slow, but are consistent and don't have this lag time... it eventually picks up and I'm heavy by the 2nd or 3rd day. I'm getting really worried...

I have never had sexual intercourse in my life, but my boy and i do mess around. Its highly unlikely that anything got in or near my "area" because we are pretty careful, but of course, anything is possible.

I am so nervous... I really think its unlikely for me to be pregnant, but I don't know whats going on. Am I freaking out about nothing? What IS going on?

I should add that I been experiencing my usual symptoms of PMS... fatigue and breast tenderness, esp

Brown blood is an indication that there is something going on farther up inside your body and not toward your vagina where normal discharge comes from. The brown color is indicative of the blood not being "fresh," but from an older discharge. You should have it checked out by a physician to get a diagnosis.

There are many things it could be. Don't be worried, be proactive and find out what it actually is. The doctor can run a blood test on it and determine it's origin.

The PMS symptoms are an indication of a calcium deficiency or bad calcium digestion. See a Certified Nutritional Therapist to determine your specific deficiencies and to recommend a good diet that will get you on the road to good health. Don't bother your doctor about nutrition, he won't have a clue and just confuse you.

good luck to you
