It is possible that your girlfriend is pregnant but not due to her present sympoms. Three days is way too early for someone to be experienceing the symptoms of pregnancy. She can infact get pregnant even though you guys did not finish the deed. During sex your body can produce what is called pre-ejaculate that is released during the sexual act. This pre-ejaculant can get her pregnant as well. Hope this info helps!

its possible, just because you do not climax, does not mean you are being safe. It is very possible for a woman to get pregnant from pre-ejaculate, the fluid that is released before a full-fledged climax.
She should get tested
She won't know for sure for 6 weeks, then her test will be postive/negative for sure. It's rare that you have morning sickness that early in pregnancy, she is probably feeling guilty about what happened and getting psychosomatic symptoms
