Question: a week ago i was running to prepare my self for the pe exam..but i forgot to warm up...so now my muscles r really hurt...what should i do?my exam is on thuersday??

That happens to me even when I do warm up, I'd say just rest, it might be that you worked a little too hard.

uh oh! try to rest as much as possible, and if ur still sore, talk to ur teacher maybe they will give u a chance to take it another day!

Your muscles will be ok again by Thursday. Dont sit around and do nothing. Just do some light/normal exercise and don't forget to warm up next time.
You can rub some lotion like Deep Heat into your muscles for relief.

rest, in a day or two it will go away, soreness occurs when you do too much too fast, too little quality too fast, so pace yourself to your comfort level and see how far it can go from there

have lots of hot baths!

keep stretching before you go to bed and when you wake up.

go out for a walk..jsut to ease the muscles!

massage where the muscles hurt...this will losen them up!!

if you have a hot water bottle or a beanbag you can heat up..rest that where you've pulle your muscles!
