Well no, everyone develops differently.Everyone has different boob sizes. At 14 Had friends who had no boobs yet, while others were in the b cups. Me well I was a 34-36C and i thought i was way to big for my age, but everyone is different, so she needs to stop worrying about her boobs.

i guess theyr ok 4 here age but when shes around 20 they probly b like 36c or so then she sould have no worrys about her breasts.
