Well there would be a small hole right in the very centre, where milk may one day come out. But it's not much of a hole, it would be very tiny, hardly even noticeable, maybe the size of a pin point.
Oh course ding dong how do you think babies get milk out!! Go back to health class.
inverted nipples are normal hun they will pop out eventually if not try a breast pump ?
