it probably means that you are about to start your period. breast pain is a symptom of PMS (pre menstral syndrome).
The same exact thing happened to me four days before I got my period for the first time.
I also found a strange supstance ( kinda whitish ) on my nipple.
The doctor said this was totally normal.
