Question: What actually makes them grow??? can I do anything to make them bigger? they are 34A and I'm 20. Is there anything I can do before bed to get them to grow? How come my mom had big breasts and I have small? I weigh 113. btw. thanks real answers only please :)

Because your frame is small, you have inherited this. Breasts are made of fatty tissue and because you are petite, you may never be very large unless you get implants. You can always use push up bras or those gel pads. They might work. Some women that are overweight would love to be smaller. I went up 3 sizes in bra, but I'm fatter everywhere else too. One of the secrets is to accept what we have and be proud of the way we look.
You could try doing bench presses at the gym, this will cause your pectoral muscles to grow (the muscles behind your breasts) and may make your breasts appear larger. You could also try putting on a little bit (not heaps) of weight.

You could also consider breast augmentation if it bugs you that much.
