Question: Okay well i am about 5"8 140-145 pounds AND 13 YEARS OLD...i feel pretty secure about my self EXCEPT my tummy. its like sticks out and i dont ever wear tight shirts..which most cute shirts are tight..because it just shows and hangs over my pants .i have a picture of it down below..PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU THINK I AM FAT AND HOW TO HELP MAKE IT FLAT!
please!! and thankyou! 10 points for best answer. also ne kind of thing you can wrap around it at night then like it willl be flatter in morning!???

You're definately not fat, but if you want to lose the extra weight (I had almost the same tummy) try doing some crunches, and believe it or not, a proper push-up is great for your abs.

As for the tops, there's a style called "baby-doll tops" they're basically what Easton described. I have alot of them, my favourite right now is from Smart Set, I also found alot at Old Navy,1850 and Hollister.

Remember, confidence is the most attractive thing in a woman.

to be honest with you..i dont think you are fat at all..but a good idea might be wearing longer shirts..and dont wear low rise pants..wear pants that come up just a lil over ur waist so it holds the tummy in...i hope it helps...trust me u have nothing to worry about..

No,according to your picture you are not at all fat. To get rid of the extra wieght you could to crunches.

Have you ever heard of the store called hollister?
They have a strap on most of their shirts that goes right under yours boobs, and then is lose.
The strap enfisizes your boobs, but makes your stomach look slim. It also isn't tight, so no need to worry about that!

omg you are really not fat at all, God made you that way, its part of what makes you unique! Maybe wear higher waisted jeans that cover any muffin top, also to help are these panty hose-like things called Assets, they come up past your belly button to make everything smooth. they come in different lenghts too, but generally can be sorta expensive, but theres always the off brands (i got mine at target)! I don't really have any knowledge in exercise type things but my guess is that a few sit ups might be helpful if you really want to slim down, and of corse eat healthy! as for that night time wrap treatment-if there was such a thing everyone would be nice and flat-it wouldn't work even if it did exist.lol

OK no your not fat, it's is actually good for the human body to have a little fat on it, it is however unhealthy to be too skinny or overweight, you are none of those, I am like you and I walk everyday and eat right, I'm fairly healthy, and also like you I do have my ups and downs on my body but I look at it this way.
there are alot of heavier people out there, all you have to do is walk down the street and you will see 70% of the people are bigger than you, and another thing take no notice of those magazines and celebraties they are ether fake as they inhance their features to make them look rediculasly prefect or put through very unhealthy diets to make them look skinny but this makes there bodys stress way to much thet are under constant stress from the media to look like that and this is no means healthy.
But I can tell you one thing you are not fat!!

he first thing you can do is make a food diary of what you ate today, yesterday, ect. and check what fast foods, sodas,coffee, ect. you've had so far,
you may be allergic to: wheat, corn, soy, yeast, milk/milk products (lactose intolerance), sucrose, fructose, aspartame, saccharin,
try drinking hot green tea not the stuff that's already brewed and inside plastic bottles-that stuff has loads of sugar, and
don't wrap your body-you're still growing.

I'm sorry but that picture is just... gross.

Try eating healthy foods, exercise and do crunches alot!
I have a little fat (mostly skin, people say) and I just taught myself to suck it in... all the time. So yeah... exercise, exercise, excerise!!
