Basically, the vibration, when applied to the genitals creates a sensation strong enough to bring some people to orgasm. There's not really a trick to it. Try it if you're curious. Just make sure you clean it off!

i wouldnt suggest putting anything up unless it was made for that but maby rubbing on the outside might be good? i dont know just experement and see whats best for you

At high speed you will last about three minutes. Great assistant for us old men.

I think that it's however you like it that's what you should do. Good Luck =]

Start out on slow then move it up to a higher speed and just rub it on you.

Well, It's not the best thing out there, however if you don't want to by a sex toy or anything else and to use just what you've already got then the best thing I can give you is that the vibrations is what gives you the pleasure. Rub the massager in your clitoris for best results. I wouldn't recommend putting it in yourself. I don't know what your massager looks like, but I wouldn't do it. Make sure you keep it clean though. And, mine was huge and had heating pad thingies and was severely heavy, so I had to hold it up because since it was heavy it pinched me quite often. I like heat though. However, my best and ultimate masturbation tool is a Vibrating Venus Razor (without the blades of course). If you want more detail on that just email me, I'll be glad to share my secret!

ive never tried that.
but a removable shower head works wonders!
