Yes, you should stop. My mom smoked for a few decades. This was her only vice. Otherwise she was a health nut. She was very beautiful, very healthy, very active, never sick..until 6 years after she stopped smoking...she died in a few short weeks from aggressive pancreatic cancer. The doctors have told me that smoking is the biggest risk factor for pancreatic cancer. It's cumulative damage to such an important organ.

oh dont worry youll drop dead of cancer some day.

?

yes. you should stop.

Oh trust me, the effects have taken place. And if you smoke you are not in tip-top shape. Please stop. It may seem like everythings great now but it will catch up to you and you'll regret every cigarette! Please, Please stop.

You should stop because smoking can cause future medical problems.

you don't have any problems YET

sure you don't have any effects yet, but you will. Just because a 25 yr old overweight person doesn't show signs of high cholesterol or diabetes doesnt' mean they shouldn't try to lose weight so they don't develop those problems. Stop smoking, its gross, it smells and your not only slowly killing yourself, but your contaminating others around you.

STOP!!!! It isn't worth it. I know it's addicting, but the withdrawl will be worth it in the end when you live a whole lot longer. You may think you're healthy, but the damage is already done. You need to stop NOW, before anything serious develops and puts your life in further danger than it already is. It is extremely bad for you and not appealing to anyone. The smell of the smoke is annoying to those you interact with and who pass you on the streets. Think about second-hand smoke too. Stop for yourself and for those around you. My grandpa died of lung cancer at age 72. WAY too young. He never smoked a day in his life. He was a bricklayer and he was a victim of second-hand smoke. Nobody deserves that. I think that you will have a much happier, longer, healthier, and full life if you quit. Good Luck!!!
