My sister has this same issue.

They have told her so many things like it is polycystic ovaries etc!

What they did find out after a blood test however that she was not intersex but her brain was telling her to produce testostorone instead of oestrogen.

She didn't start her periods properly until they gave her hormone suppliments. She is about 5'10 in height size 8 (UK) feet, very skinny and broad shouldered size AA breasts and has the temper of a male and she is 20 years old.

Its been a huge emotional rollercoaster for her, but now with some blood tests they have discovered her problem and are treating it.

Her breasts are growing she has gained healthy weight and is now having a monthly period.

Ask your Doctor for a hormone test!

Good luck

Like penises and breasts differ in size and shape, so do womens genitals. I wouldn't be worried.

you might be....but then if you have regular periods it is quite unlikely, but not impossible. 1 in 2000 births are born wih this condition. Go to a specialist doctor or something

take estrogen

I have a large clitorius, none of the others though but when researching ive found out that they differ in size from woman to woman and there are people with bigger ones than me, its just a natural thing if your worried speak to your doctor and get reffered to a gyno

i don't think it is anything. Maybe just cause you read the deffinition you are trying to find things that are wrong. If you think so go see your doctor.

It seems like you are experiencing some fairly common things. Women's genitals vary a LOT in shape and size and many women have trouble giving birth or even getting pregnant. Having a "voice like a man" and a "big build" are both ideas that depend heavily on biological stereotypes of men and women. There can be men who are short and skinny with small penises, and so on. Discovering natural variation is not the same as discovering that there's something medically wrong with you that you should be worried about.

I don't think any of these things you mention are necessarily indicative of intersexuality, but if they really do concern you, try to find a doctor you respect and talk to him/her about it.

Also, I think it's important for everyone to understand the basics of being intersex. I am not intersexed myself, but I have researched intersex activism and am often shocked and disappointed by the lack of information out there and the horror and shame that people feel when they find out that there is no such things as *the* perfect "male" or "female" body. Check out the Intersex Society of North America. You probably don't fit into the category, but their info might ease some of your concerns.
