If your boyfriend is sexually active without you, you have problems before you start, kind of like he wants his cake and eat it to. But, your problem, you can go to planned parenthood, they will keep your information confidential, and will not send anything to your house if that is your request. But you should really talk with your mom, I'm sure she'll understand, don't forget she was young not to long ago and she'll appreciate the openness and honesty from you and realize that you are growing up and being mature. Remember to have safe sex, birth control does NOT protect you from sexually transmitted diseases. ALWAYS protect yourself, if your boyfriend is all ready sexually active he may have a STD and pass along to you, no matter what he says, ALWAYS take that extra few seconds to make sure he uses a condom.

You can go to a clinic or planned parenthood and get it yourself without having a parent present. Many of them will give it to you free of charge, as well. Good luck and be careful!

you can either go by yourself,
or get your brother or sister to take you.
or an aunt or someone you are close to that wont tell.

or maybe tell your mom that you just need to get on it just in case,
thats what i did.

If you're under 18 you can go to planned parenthood and get BC for free. They will have to do a pelvic exam and what not before you can go on it. Just warning you. Now the better thing would be to sit your mom down and have a grown up conversation with her. Unless you have a really up tight mom she will be happy that you trust her enough to tell her these things. She would much rather put you on birth control then see you pregnant. Good luck!
