Is it true that if you had your period, your breasts will start growing?!

Question: I don't know if for all girls this goes hand in hand but I started menstruating AND developing breasts at the age of 9. I believe that family history/genetics may have something to do with it. Both of my sisters were menstruating and develped at the age of 11. Our mother was 12.

It should have started to grow, but if it didn't then that mean your wern't meant to have any
