Are you on birth control pills? I had that exact same feeling for months - until I figured out that my birth control pills were causing my nausea and I went off of them. If you're not on BCPs, it might just be your hormones.
I have had this problem for years. I found out I have acid reflux. They didn't say they were related but I think they are because as soon as I eat a little the nausea stops. Try eating a saltine.
If the symptoms persist go to the doctor.
