I have had a yeast infection before and one of the signs I often got with yeast infection was an itch along with discharge that would look a lot like cottage cheese.
Depending on where one is in their cycle the discharge can be a bit on the thick side which is indication that the period is coming soon.
As for why one breast is bigger than the other this could mean that the girl's body is still growing but some unevenness can be normal for some women.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
