Playtex sport tampons?!
Question: i've tried and tried and nothing works. the applicator doesn't go in even halfway.
please help me idk what to do.
and i have to take a swim class in pe for 6 weeks starting tuesday.

maybe try a different brand. use the smallest size you can find. get in a comfortable position. sitting on toilet legs apart, standing leg on tub or toilet, lying on the floor, whatever feels comfy. put the tip of the tampon at the opening of your vagina. take a deep breath and relax. make sure that the tampon is tilted slightly towards the small of your back. insert the tampon. keep going until your fingers touch the outside of your vagina. push the plunger and remove the tubes. to remove get in the same position you were in to insert and pull on the string. don't worry about the string falling off it won't its sown throughout the tampon. make sure you are relaxed when trying to innsert or remove a tampon otherwise it can be painful or may not go in. try the different positions and see which you prefer.
