Question: im tearing my hair out every month about two days before im due my period..im snapping and ranting like a bloody madwomen, any one have any tips how to prevent this..thanks xxx

I know quite a few who have very bad symptoms, one is a good friend but god help us during that time, I have been lucky and don't suffer at all. Evening Primrose oil seems to be the most popular remedy, I cant give you an opinion on it as I have never needed it.

edit... I was advised to have the hormone implant in your arm, I too was sterilised 4 years ago, but so far have decided not to have the implants!
I think you mean PMS premenstrual syndrome, and yes it really does exist. Exercises helps me. Talk to your dr.

Try a vitamin B6 Supplement, some evening primrose oil and plenty of green veggies and water, diet heps too apparently, I used to get it badly before I got pregnant, not looking forward to its return!
PMT does exist and is well recognised by the medical profession. Some women say they are helped by evening primrose oil or by vitamin B6. Failing that I would recommend you have a word with your Doctor as he will be able to help. Good Luck
i have never been a sufferer but it is a genuine condition, as i have worked with women who have add pmt, you can see your GP and he will help you to sort it out other people i know have been to an herbalist for help st johns wort is good i believe

about 2days before mine i snap at everyone and am a real ***** to be near. what helps me is lots and lots of chocolate. also going for a walk will calm you down for awhile.

Oh I wish it didn't but it does. I have tried some health shop remedies but in desperation went to see GP who helped with some tablets. - Worth trying out the GP, but yes its too real
