Do you drink alcohol every night or just at weekends?!
Question: mostly weekends, but feel I should stop completely. I stopped for a while before and lost weight. It's back on again now.

Im lucky to drink once a month. I can't understand people who drink everyday unless they're an alcoholic.
Weekends when I do.
I may have a class of wine or a beer at night during the week, but if it's going to be anything more than that, it waits until the weekend.

Unfortunately my ex was an alcoholic and has turned me off drinking - I might have the odd glass once a month but am not bothered if I drink or not

never. i think its odd if someone drinks every night.
Its a phase you go through when you are young,the trouble is ,people with weak willpower can get hooked on it.I have a pint very rarely,it costs more than petrol and is cheaper to make,beer is 16 quid a gallon now,so i leave it well alone.As far as i am concerned ,spirits haunt people and frighten kids,so i leave them alone as well.You can make your own for a few pence anyway.

I'm 24, and drink once every couple months. Alcoholism runs in my family...(so much so that family members have died from complications) so I don't drink very often at all.
Only at weekends, unless it's the Christmas holidays or something special like that. Even then, I don't drink every night.

I may have one or two drinks in the week, I let myself go maybe once a week and have a fair few more.
I usually huv a few "gingers" when I'm on a backshift, but I like tae leave well alone on early shift..

I only drink any quantity on Fridays and Saturdays. An occational drop other days
Usually a couple halves or glasses of wine at the weekend. Sometimes a half during the week too.
Most nights, it helps me sleep........honest
occasionally i have a drink in the afternoon if i feel liek it. my partner and i rarely go out on a typical 'bender' neither of us are into that sort of thing. but we will have a glass of wine with dinner, or an amarula, or a martini etc depending on what we feel like. some nights we just have a good odl cup of tea. i dont drink every night but maybe 4 nights a week? and the occasional night out with friends and then one or the other of us doesnt drink because we have to drive.
