Question: I can't remember whether it is normal (cause its been a few weeks like this)
But... my boobs feel like jelly (like there is liquid inside) I don't know whather this is normal, because before i didn't really touch my boobs, but now i have noticed this - it has concerned me. I have other symptoms too, but we won't go into that to soon.

I think you are probably ok, breasts change almost everyday, unless you have a lump or something like that, it's probably ok.

I wouldnt worry,ive had t for ages and its not really afffecting me...though if i get a bf he might think differently, go see a Female GP
dont eva wait go see a GP asap it could be nuffin but its better to be sure than living ur life wondering
