Question: im having a lot of pain on my back and i cant take anything because im going for surgery on thursday and doctors told me dont take anything.. ok now my question is what can i do for the pain to go away its like back really bad pain its like cramps

I would recommend a deep heat or freeze spray, lotion or gel as that is great at relieving back pains. You can find them in local grocery stores or drug stores like boots.
If you can't find any of these try a heat pack on your back or go traditional and get out your hot water bottle. If all else fails take a long hot bath with things like lavender oil in to soothe.

maybe get a friend to massage it for you, take a warm bath, some warm pack things, and just lie down and take a rest.
