As you're obviously already seeing your doctor in order to get the antibiotics, I suggest you ask for a second opinion ! ! !

tell them everything you've observed
Go back to your GP and ask for a referral to a specialist. Insist on this. If you don't get anywhere then make an appointment at your local family planning clinic. They may be more able to help.
