Difference between implantation bleeding and period?!

implantation bleeding is mostly just spotting... I remember it more as a just a pink spotting on the paper when I wiped once or twice. A period is much heavier to the point of needing a pad.

Implantation bleeding is much lighter than a menstrual period. I had implantation bleeding and it was only one small spot on my underwear thats all.
