To gain weight in a healthy manner youre going to want to do weightlifting combined with a diet that has a high protein content. To get the best results you will want to weight train using heavier weights with fewer repetitions. For the dietary portion of this, protien is what is used by the body to build muscle so like I said earlier make sure to consume plenty of it. Protien shakes taken after a workout work well for this, but solid foods like Tuna Fish and Egg Whites will provide you with an excellent source of very lean protein. Remember heavy weight with less repetitions are how larger muscles are built so if youre able to do many sets at anything of 10 reps with a given weight id say youre lifting too little weight. Hope this helps!

What you wanna do is work out you will gain weight in muscle but hockey might cover that just eat a lost i guess.... maybe thos shakes that are meant to help you gain weight... gained 15 pounsds of motly muscle last summer...

lots of dairy and high protein foods don't listen to the ppl that tell you to eat fatty food like Cheetos and soda because that will slow your game down

if you wanna keep on top of your game and still gain weight try eating as much red meat as you can and whole milk

thanks, Melly

Eat three big (but balanced) meals a day. Include lots of protein and good carbs as well. You should have a well balanced (but large) meal for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. After dinner, straight to bed for you. Don't forget to load up on the pastas and meats and even nuts to snack on , they have protein too if your on the move they are a perfect snack.
