Well, you can use condoms.
There is stimulation with hands "mutual masturbation", which really is as simple as it sounds and it involves touching each others genitals with hands.
There is also anal sex, but I wouldn't even consider that until you have had vaginal intercourse and condoms and lubrication. Otherwise it will be incredibly painful for you and unsafe- not to mention that if you get semen in your rectum, they will probably get in to your vagina as well. It's also pretty gross.
If you have big enough breasts you could try incorporating them in to sex, while giving oral. I won't go in to any more detail than that.
I'm assuming because you aren't using condoms you don't have access to toys, but that's a suggestion too.
