Growing can definitely cause soreness and tenderness, as well as PMS (trust me on this one, it can be killer haha). As for sleeping with a bra on, theres really no need for it. Let 'em breathe while they can. :D

Number of things, if you are in puberty that is the probable cause and is normal.. Getting ready to start your period your breasts will swell and be so sore, I am almost 29 and I sleep with my bra on at times but I have noticed if I stay in my bra for a few days in a row they get really sore and stiff feeling so I let them rest and kind of alternate sleeping with it on.

You can get breast Cancer for sleeping with your Bra on. You should stop doing that. I believe it's cause your boobs are growing. How old are you?

You can't get breast cancer from it, but is important to let your breasts rest for a bit. Wearing a tight bra can cut off circulation so night time is important to let them breath. If you really want to wear a bra overnight I would suggest a loose fitting sports bra, you can get these at any clothing store.

cuz there growing nice

your either pregnant.
or your breasts are growing.
and if they are itchy. then.. definetly growing. =]
