For acne, cramping and low levels of hormones, look for OrthoTriCyclen Lo. IIRC, that's the brand name that was certified for acne control. I was on the higher-level of it for years, and it took care of my massive cramping without a problem.

i've heard yaz is supposed to be good for those sort of things, but i'd discuss your concerns with your doctor and s/he'll help you decide which one is best for you.
