Why is it that everytime i climax i get really bad cramps afterwards?!
Question: hi so i have never been able to have an orgasm off of sex alone so i always use a vibrator, but everytime i climax right afterwards the bottom of my stomach cramps really bad like period cramps...does this happen to anyone else...is this somewhat normal....am i doing it too much..i usually use my toy everyday.....please help!!!!

just the way your body reacts, it is called pelvic congestion. you get lots of blood flow to the area before you orgasm and you are going to have to get it back out. that is the cramping feeling.
i have had this happen when im turned on, but i get no action, i suddenly have really bad cramps like i have my period but not, its just hurts really bad, i really dont know what it is, but it isnt after i orgasm. if its because my guy and i were interupted or something, the only thing that helps is a smaller orgasm or something i dont know. not sure if this helps, but YES its happened to me as well!
It's muscle cramps. Do you exercise at all. Exercise your abdominal muscles and see if it helps. Don't expect results immediately.
no it has not happend to me im fine after i climax but sometimes my stomach does get a bit sore but i just assume its from all the use of the mucles during the act of intercourse as i can often feel my mucles tightening and contracting during it and especially during a really hard O!

if i were you i would talk to a dr about it and about not being able to get an O from sex!
Yes it happend to me befoure but i dont get this all the time and i have no idea why i get it!
