Question: okay im 20 years old not sexually active, on birth control.. however i notice that on the top of my vagina opening above the opening i have like little bumps.. normal? i dont shave either. so idk what it could b should i worry?also is it normal to have a crazy itch down there that is embarrassing 2 scratch?HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you use body wash and things like it to take a bath with it could be What My daughter had she was your age. The doctor said it was a pocket of infection caused by the body soaps. And it would go away in time. And it did. She can no long use anything with a smell to wash with. Talk to your Doctor, but I don't think it's Nothing to bad. Maybe even an yeast infection to.

Like ferret said, you should go to a doctor on this one. You should get a professional opinion first. If you are not sexually active or have never been I'm sure that it isn't herpes. You should check it out imediately.
