No do not worry. Discharge is a normal part of puberty. It might be your period on its way so get some panty liners for the discharge and sanitary towels for when your period comes.
(panty liners are thin and discreat whereas sanitary towels are bigger and absorb for liquid)
Also do not use soap down there unless it is PH balanced or a special femanine wash otherwise you could be washing away the good bacteria that a female needs to keep clean.
