you had sex but from back? geez anyway you have sex if its without protection you could become pregnant!!! if your worried about being pregnant do a test! take some nurofen or something from the cramps but if you have cramps it sounds like your not pregnant your period is just a bit late which happens

Anyway, I think if you are cramping you would probably get it in the next day or so, maybe just try and do something to relieve the pain, like some physical activity, paracetamol. a warm bath. Thre's probably not much you can do to bring it quicker.
what you mean from back?you mean anal? you cant get pregnant from back there. but if thats your worry calm down. nothing to get your period faster but try midol or pamprin it helps
