Hey There,

You've definitely burned yourself... so here's some ideas for what you can do:

1- Take a pain reliever such as tylenol or advil. This can help reduce inflammation and shorten the duration of your burn.
2- Apply aloe vera or any other type of topical burn relief. BUT becareful! Although aloe vera will definitely help relieve the burn, it can also dehydrate your skin- so if you notice you start getting dry/peeling in those areas, be sure to use a good moisturizer.
3- Take a cool bath. This can also help your burns while allowing you to be pain free for awhile!
4- Lastly, be sure not to wear any clothes that are going to rub against any areas your burn. You dont want to make those areas more sore!

Maybe something like Neosporin, it has a pain-relieving ingredient and prevents infection.

Aloe Vera!!! It will do wonders. I promise.

I've totally done this before, don't even feel embarrassed!!!

I would use aloe vera. It's good for all burnings, but i'm not sure if it would heal your sore spots. Also aloe vera is good for cooling burns, and it leaves a nice sensation. But you should go see a doctor just in case.

It IS a sunburn. That's exactly what the tanning bed does for you.

Try some Solarcaine to help take the pain away. In the future, consider not tanning. It really does increase your risk of skin cancer.

maybe some aloe vera.
but that sounds pretty bad.
i'd go check with a doctor.

u should cover those areas up

First, cleanse the affected areas with a mild solution of salt water (1 tsp. per pint of luke warm water), then apply aloe vera gel (preferably direct from an aloe vera plant. Either that or polysporin ointment. And next time you even think about using a tanning bed, ask someone who knows about them.

Aloe vera is great for sun burn. You can also try Noxema

Aloe Vera is a good idea. BTW..i am not trying to tell you what to do or give you a lecture, but tanning beds are very bad for your skin. If you want to get the tan look you should try one of those spray tans. you still look tan, but your skin does not get all wrinkled and get skin cancer from it.
