Question: Make yourself a cup of parsley tea.
Put a few tablespoons of parsley (fresh or dried) and 1 to 2 cups of water into a sauce pan.
Simmer down the herbs until the liquid is thick and dark, then strain into a cup. Sweeten if you like.
Do this two to three times a day until your period begins.
I sometimes add a teaspoon of ginger to my parsley infusion as it stimulates the uterus.
