What's the best and easiest way to induce a period, but without vitamin c?!

Question: Make yourself a cup of parsley tea.

Put a few tablespoons of parsley (fresh or dried) and 1 to 2 cups of water into a sauce pan.

Simmer down the herbs until the liquid is thick and dark, then strain into a cup. Sweeten if you like.

Do this two to three times a day until your period begins.

I sometimes add a teaspoon of ginger to my parsley infusion as it stimulates the uterus.
