Try keeping away from certain foods like chocolate. Also... martini's work well for my mother in law... lol

I used herbal supplements from a health food store and they helped a great deal. Most store clerks at natural food stores, or like GNC can show you some different blends. Also, as said before, limiting caffeine (coffee,colas,chocolate) and eating a balanced diet will help. Plus leaving a window open and a fan running in the bedroom helped at night. Don't worry, it eventually stops. Good luck.
