My period for the past month came twice and I don't know why!?!

Question: I had my period around like... jan. 20th or soemthing, then it came again feb 9th and now on feb 25th it came again. I started to work out again after a few years and i been working out 3-4 times a week for about an hour each time. can working out cause some sort of thing to happen to my body? or is it normal for your period to change every so often. I mean, i am sexually active but i have birth control and my boyfriend doesn't *** in me and we hadded protection. I doubt that I am pregnant. can someone clear things up with me a bit?

Alot of people have irregular periods. Nothing to worry about, if you were pregnant then you wouldn't get your period or it would be really light pink.

Physical stress can definitely change your cycle.

By birth control do you mean you're on the pill or you use condoms? If you're not on the pill it's something to consider. It can keep you more regular.

birth control can cause irregular periods. Usually it gets back on track after a few months. If you are on the pill and you are not taking it the same time everyday it can cause the hormones to flucuate more and cause breakthrough bleeding. Try the patch it works well and you can actually adjust your cycle to make it a few days longer if you want to. And the patch you only put on once a week.
